The Cook Buddy box does not come with ingredients. All of our recipes call for fresh ingredients, which would not have a long-life expectancy for the month. We also want to encourage our small people to assist with the shopping, choosing their own ingredients. This is why we give you a full shopping list for all ingredients needed for that box. If there is something you can’t get hold of, please let us know and we will find an alternative for you!

We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships. Our 3 monthly memberships are £36 - where you receive 1 box every month for 3 months. Our 6 month memberships are an upfront payment of £68 (discount of £6) where you receive 1 box every month for 6 months and our 12 month memberships are an upfront payment of £132 (discount of £12 - one whole box!) where you receive 1 box every month for 12 months.

We will be sad to see you go but always here when you need us. You can unsubscribe at any time by pressing the link at the bottom of your emails.

Cook Buddy boxes are recommended for 2-10 year olds. Of course any age can join in. The small people will need assistance from a big person, however the older small people with Cook Buddy's help will be able to make full recipes alone! Whatever the age, we encourage everyone to muck in and have fun.

Yes! Simply enter the gift recipient's shipping information, and your personalised gift note at checkout. Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and link to manage your account. You can also download and print a gift note (in our Bonus Bits section) to let your recipient know their first kit is on the way. Thanks for gifting CookBuddy!

Postage & packing is including in the price of the subscription.

While we try our best to carefully package our boxes, we understand that sometimes an item may be missing from a box or that things may happen beyond our control during transit. If your box contents are damaged or you are missing any items, please contact us through the contact form and our team will look into it for you.

If you are anticipating a delivery and it hasn’t shown up as expected, don’t panic! Please let us know by contacting our team through the contact form and we will investigate.

CookBuddy members are billed following the end of their subscription term. You may "turn off" your next auto-renewal at any time! Here's how: 1.) Log in to your account. 2.) Navigate to “Memberships”, pick the plan you want to update, and click “edit” on the right side. 3.) Click “Cancel My Renewal” on the right side. 4.) Choose your cancellation reason, then click “Continue”. Prepaid Plans: Please note, members on a 3, 6, or 12 month plan will continue to receive boxes until the end of their current prepaid billing period. Refunds are not issued mid-term.

Our aim is for you to be fully satisfied with your Cook Buddy Box. You will have 14 days after delivery to raise any issues you have with your box. Please visit our Terms & Conditions page for our full Returns Policy. We offer refunds for any unshipped shipments. If you are requesting a refund part-way through a prepaid subscription, we will charge you for the boxes that you have already received as if you had bought your subscription on a month to month plan and refund the remainder.

We always try to ship orders the last week of the month. If you are based in the UK, it should take around 2-4 business days for your order to get to you. Sorry but we do not currently ship internationally - it is definitely something we would look into if the demand called for it!
